Thandi uses only essential cookies required for platform functionality. No analytics or marketing cookies are set.

TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

1. ESSENTIAL COOKIES

Required for basic functionality:

  • Session management (keeping you logged in to the school dashboard)
  • Security tokens for authenticated sessions

    • You cannot opt out of essential cookies.

    2. LEARNER SESSION STORAGE

    Learner session tokens are stored in browser localStorage (not cookies) for assessment and results access. These are essential for platform functionality and are cleared when you sign out or clear browser data.

    • You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing essential cookies will sign you out of the school dashboard.

  • No non-essential cookies are set
  • No cross-border cookie-based tracking of learners

    • LEARNER PRIVACY PROTECTION

  • Under 18: Parental consent required for platform use (see Learner Data Protection Guidelines)
  • School devices: Schools should supervise learner use on shared devices
  • No profiling: We do not create behavioral profiles for advertising
